Gearbox maintenance
The gearbox should be cleaned at least once a season, when cleaning, firstly, in hot condition, stop the car and unscrew the oil discharge screw plug on the side end of the gearbox, release the lubricant in the box, then screw the oil plug on, fill paraffin in the box, start the diesel engine, make the gearbox run at low speed for 2-3 minutes, stop the car and release paraffin, clean the oil plug and screw it to the gearbox (Note: the paraffin must be cleaned and released cleanly so as not to lose the lubricating effect of lubricating oil mixed with residual paraffin), then add new lubricating oil to the oil level to the marking line of the oil level. (Note: the kerosene must be cleanly discharged so that the lubricating oil will not mix with the residual kerosene and lose its lubricating effect), then add new lubricating oil until the oil level reaches the mark of the dipstick.
Use No.20 gear oil for the gearbox.
It is necessary to check and adjust the positioning devices of the gearshift manipulating mechanism and the reversing mechanism frequently to keep the gears in the proper position so as not to cause the accident of out-of-gear.
Frequent attention should be paid to checking the leakage of the seals of the gearbox, and if the seals are damaged, they should be replaced in time.
Frequently check the gearbox and frame coupling bolts, tighten when necessary, do not make loose off.
Second, the hydraulic system maintenance
Check whether the mounting bolts of the filter, valve, motor, oil pump, cylinder, etc. are loose, and whether there is oil leakage at each joint.
Observe the oil level gauge on the side of the tank, when the hydraulic oil is too little should add the same grade of filtered hydraulic oil.
Hydraulic oil tank half a year to clean and change the oil, add or change the oil, be careful not to mix impurities and dirt into the oil tank, add or change the new oil must be filtered beforehand.
